Anisotropic bonded magnets are manufactured by magnetic field extrusion molding. Our magnetic materials include ferrite, SmFeN and combinations of magnetic materials (ferrite + SmFeN) called "hybrids".The superior flexibility, variety of magnetic pole widths and patterns of our extruded bonded magnets allow customers greater freedom in their design choices. With excellent dimensional precision and superior magnetic characteristics, flexible extruded magnets are used in many applications including micro motores, magnet rollers and other industrial components.

Application temperature of SmFeN flexible magnets : -20°C~80°C
Application temperature of hybrid (SmFeN+Ferrite) flexible magnets : -20°C~80°C

Injection molding under a powerful magnetic field allows magnet materials (MagX Compound) to become highly oriented to achieve high magnetic power and excellent physical strength. Our compounds include ferrite, SmFeN and compositions of powders called "hybrid magnets". With such wide range of alloy compositions, many different magnetic properties are possible. Polyamides are most commonly used as the matrix materials.
Injection molded magnets can be formed into complex shapes and molded directly onto other componentsreducing assembly costs.
Application temperature of SmFeN rigid magnets : -20°C~110°C
Application temperature of hybrid (SmFeN+Ferrite) rigid magnets : -20°C~110°C
