Flexible Magnetic Sheet

Features

Our MAGX flexible magnetic sheets, available in both Standard and High Energy variations, are offered in rolls and cut sheets with laminations or plain.
Our flexible magnetic sheeting, laminated with vinyl films, is compatible with most printing methods and inks, including solvent-based inkjet systems, screen-printing inks, and latex. Additionally, other laminates such as PP film, PET film, and paper are also available.
As with all MagX products, our exclusive laminating system ensures the prevention of any delamination issues. These printable magnetic products are well-suited for signage, printing, digital imaging, vehicle sign and advertising specialty applications.

Standard Widths:
〇 24”, 40”, and 48”

Standard Lengths:
〇 Depending on the laminate and thickness, roll lengths include 25 ft, 50 ft, and 100 ft. Custom lengths are available upon request.

Standard Thickness:
〇 0.015”, 0.020”, and 0.030”. Custom thicknesses are available upon request.

Self-Adhesive Magnetic Sheet

Features

〇 Effortlessly transform any flat item into a magnet with our self-adhesive magnetic sheets. Simply peel off the protective silicon paper to reveal the adhesive and attach the super strong magnet to the back of photos, drawings, signs, or any lightweight flat object. These magnetic sheets adhere firmly, providing a permanent magnetic hold.
〇 Available in thicknesses of 15, 20, 30, or 60 mil, and in rolls 24, 40, and 48 inches wide, with lengths of 50 feet, 100 feet, or longer upon request.
〇 MagX employs rubber magnet materials designed to address adhesive layer degradation, using soft materials to ensure no risk of damaging the adherent. Our lineup includes anisotropic types, approximately 1.7 times stronger than conventional materials.
〇 Easily cut to size with scissors or a cutting tool, these versatile magnets are suitable for various applications including kitchen use, office supplies, garage organization, presentation materials, home decor, DIY projects, crafts.

High-Grip Magnetic Sheet

Features

〇 High Grip is high strength magnetic sheet; four times stronger than a standard magnetic sheet in terms of the shear force in the vertical direction. While a standard magnetic sheet starts slipping under a load of 1.42 kg, the High Grip Magnetic Sheet holds firm up to a load of 5.59 kg.
〇 We offer the High Grip Magnetic Sheet in the dimensions of 0.080” x 20.47” x 12.6” (2mm x 520mm x 320mm).

Metal Flex Sheet/Magnetic Receptive Materials

MagX Metal Flex Sheet is not manget. It is composed of magnetically receptive material and resin, enabling it to attract various types of mangets, such as flexible magnetic sheets, strips, ceramic,and neodymium magnets.
It can be easily drilled or cut using scissors, a knife, die-cutter, or cutting plotter.

〇 It is possible to print on the Flexible Ferrous Sheet using solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV ink systems, allowing for the creation of colorful backgrounds for sticking magnets.

1) Extrusion Molded Magnets

Anisotropic plastic magnets are produced through extrusion magnetic field molding. Their excellent flexibility allows for the design of various shapes, while their high dimensional accuracy and superior magnetic properties make them ideal for use in micro motors, fan motors, mag rolls, and other industrial components. These magnets are also certified as flame retardant under the UL standard 94V-0 (Yellow Card).

What is a magnetic encoder using flexible magnetic strips?

Magnetic encoders can indeed utilize flexible magnetic strips as the scale component.

Function: It works just like a standard magnetic encoder, translating movement (rotary or linear) into electrical signals for position or speed tracking.

Construction: Flexible Magnetic Strip replaces the rigid disc or scale typically found in encoders. The strip has varying magnetic patterns similar to a rigid disc, but with the advantage of bending and conforming to curved surfaces.

Sensor: Same as a standard encoder, it detects changes in the magnetic field of the strip (often a Hall effect sensor).

Signal Processing: Identical to a standard encoder, it converts the sensor’s signal into usable electrical signals for determining position or speed.

3) Injection Molded Magnets

Our advaced injection magnetic field modling process allows for integrated production processes, handling everything from compound formulation to final molding. Our methods ensure high-quality results. Utilizing radial orientation and polar anisotropic orientation, we achieve superior magnetic properties, making our products ideal for applications in VTRs, micro motors, and various other industrial components.
